Signs Of Dehydration
When contemplating one's state of health there is usually a list of dos and don'ts. We may know what is good for us but may not necessarily take the initial step to enhance and protect our health, at least not until we experience some symptoms.
This health tip shows a list of symptoms that we may ignore in the first stage but they shout a little louder when we ignore their whispers.
Not many people realize when the ground begins to show cracks and splits apart, it is just a matter of some hydrating nourishment to convert everything back to its original, luscious state. Look no further than a glass of H2O and irrigate well.
1st Stage
Negative feelings, fatigue, flushed, anxious, unstable, depressed, inability to sleep, agoraphobic fear or panic attacks.
2nd Stage
Affects body's defense mechanism, asthma, allergies, hypertension, old age related diabetes, constipation, auto immune disease.
3rd Stage
Pain signals, morning sickness, heartburn, acid reflux, headaches and migraines (certain headaches may be a warning sign the body needs water, and may be the only way to get your attention. When you think about the brain's protective sac with diminished fluid inside and not being able to recycle efficiently due to lack of water within the body, an image of a shriveled prune comes to mind), angina pain, rheumatoid joint pain, lower back pain, fibromyalgia, intermittent leg pain, colitis pain, bulimia.
Now take a glass of water as you continue your reading (for good measure). If you wish to get that youthful glow back, help your body get back to its original and vibrant state; after all, we are comprised of mostly water (up to 75% total body weight. Blood contains 83% water, lean muscle tissue contains approximately 75% water, body fat contains 25% water and bone has about 22% water.).
Knowing this information, it is not surprising that there is a recommendation to drink enough water daily that would be equal to half your own body weight (in ounces). For example, if your weight is measured at 130 pounds, you would then be advised to drink daily 65 ounces of water or more.
Is there a good time to drink water other than quenching your thirst? Indeed there is; it is suggested to drink half an hour before any meal, and two hours after. A helpful hint to fight hunger pangs is to always drink water first because thirst mimics hunger. It is also advised to drink an adequate supply of water before retiring to bed especially when dealing with back aches or trying to avoid them.
When you do decide to irrigate and make it part of your daily routine, make sure you use only the best filtered and pure water available. Realize that water helps your body to cleanse and flush out toxins that your body harbors, but what it carries out it can also bring in.
Tap water's journey from the underground pipes to your body's pipes is not a match made in Heaven. There are stragglers (chlorine, metals, pesticides, blood worms, spider feces, etc.) that use this same method of transportation right to your body! They prefer to remain invisible to the naked eye; however, a simple water test may reveal a water color landscape but not the kind you would welcome your body to have!
Water colors may not be your preference, (chlorine-yellow, chemicals-green, etc.) so allow your body to experience a rejuvenating change. With your cup of pure water in hand, let's toast to your good (improved) health and celebrate this "fountain of youth" discovery!

If your contribution is chosen for public viewing, you'll receive a wonderful 3 day/2 night gift certificate for 2 adults and 2 children at one of the many resorts listed throughout the US.
