POSSIBLE QUICK FIXES

 Honey

Try some pressure points. Apply pressure to the shallow indentation in the back of your head. At the same time, with thumb and forefinger of the other hand, apply pressure into the upper hollow eye sockets towards the bridge of the nose and eyebrow. Hold the pressure and slowly release.

Go for the water (lots of it)

Take 1-2 tablespoons of honey

Breathe in the aroma of strong mustard

Chew on raisins (when experiencing impaired vision)

Eat 15-20 raw almonds (contains salicylates- ingredient found in Aspirin)

Apply botanical oil (select from list on previous page) on forehead, temple region, base of skull and behind the ears. After, inhale the aroma in the palm of your hands.

Chew on a piece of fresh raw ginger, as it blocks the action of prostaglandins (it summons a little bravery on your part). You may want to use lots of ginger in your cooking for prevention. An effective way of taking ginger is steeping some freshly grated ginger in a cup of hot water, and drinking as a tea.

Try cold compresses for painful throbbing.

Raise the temperature of the hands by 15 degrees (hot hand bath with botanical oils that you can select from the list on previous page).

Soothe your body by having a hot shower then turn on the cold (following this procedure narrows the blood vessels in your scalp). Another method would be to lie down with an ice pack under your neck, and a hot water bottle on top of your feet. This may stop the pain-causing dilation that's troubling your head. If you seek temporary pain relief, desiring to relax your body and induce sleep, another consideration would be a hot enema.

Give some attention to your feet (which carry you all day long). A hot foot bath adorned in ginger and powdered mustard may help you find relief after soaking your feet for 15 minutes.
